Victoria Picone is a regular plasma donor and is also passionate about spreading the word on how important donating plasma is. She is proud to be approaching her 2,000th donation of plasma!

After 38 years of teaching, she retired but continues to help out in classrooms whenever the need is there.

She is proud to give back to many communities and support many organizations near and dear to her heart. When she is not doing any of the above, you will find her on the Pickleball court.

For more than 23 years, Megan Ryan has lived with Common Variable Immune Deficiency, one of more than 400 identified primary immunodeficiency diseases.

She spent more than 21 years working for PwC, a global professional services firm. Through her volunteer work with the Immune Deficiency Foundation, she helps educate patients and health care providers about primary immunodeficiency diseases and serves as a peer-support coach and support group leader. Megan serves as the JA Grifols Lucas Foundation Treasurer.

Vlasta Hakes is the Senior Director for Corporate Affairs at Grifols where she leads the Company's ongoing efforts to develop and execute social impact initiative strategies that advance Grifols brand and reputation in the communities in which Grifols operates. Her key responsibilities include ensuring that social impact and awareness activities align with and advance Grifols corporate mission, build shared value with core stakeholders, and increase internal and external engagement in the Company's social programs.

Chris Healey is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Grifols Shared Services North America, Inc. Chris' corporate affairs responsibilities include policy and advocacy, patient engagement, other non- commercial stakeholder relations, global community engagement and corporate philanthropy.

Chris joined Grifols in 2005 after serving as the Executive Director for PPTA, the plasma therapeutics industry trade association. He began working in the plasma therapeutics industry in 1997 and since that time has helped shape global policy outcomes that impact the industry and patients.

Rev. Dr. Chris Haughee serves as the Donor Development Director at Mirror Ministries, a Tri-Cities, WA nonprofit dedicated to ending domestic minor sex trafficking. He is also the author of several books.

Chris has served on multiple nonprofit boards and leadership teams, always focusing on helping children, strengthening families, and supporting marginalized communities. His blend of compassionate leadership, fundraising expertise, and deep commitment to grace-centered care brings added insight to the J.A Grifols Foundation.

Leslie Myers, PharmD, RPh, IgCP, Integrated Clinical Services Manager for CSI Pharmacy. She enjoys helping complex medical patients live better lives through specialty medications and working to make healthcare better for all. Leslie was the founding president of the Women’s Integration Network (WIN) group within AMCP, the only national (non-regional) AMCP group.

In her free time, Leslie enjoys spending time with her family where she resides in North Carolina and being active outdoors.

Samantha has been in the medical field since 2001 and with a strong foundation in emergency medicine. For the past six years, she has specialized in IVIG home infusion therapy and currently serves as the Nurse Manager.

A lifelong Michigander, Samantha is passionate about leadership that uplifts others, placing high value on gratitude and connection. She is an active member of her church outreach team and enjoys everything outdoors, especially boating with her family.
