The J.A. Grifols Foundation presented The Food Bank of Rio Grande Valley, Inc. with a $25,000 grant during a check presentation event hosted by Grifols Biomat USA at its plasma donation center in McAllen, Texas in September 2023.
The Food Bank of the Rio Grande Valley, Inc. is Texas’s seventh-largest food bank, serving up to 146,000 people in the Valley experiencing food insecurity. The Foundation’s grant will support the Food Bank’s emergency food assistance program.
