J.A. Grifols Foundation has awarded a community enhancement grant to Candles for Life
People facing cancer often need support beyond medical treatment. To help address this need, the J.A. Grifols Foundation has awarded a community enhancement grant to Candles for Life, a nonprofit organization that provides financial assistance to individuals diagnosed with cancer in Eagle Pass and Maverick County, Texas.
Presented during a special event at the Grifols Plasma Donation Center in Eagle Pass, the grant will help provide additional support to 20 local patients and their families as they navigate the challenges associated with cancer treatment.
This initiative reflects the J.A. Grifols Foundation’s ongoing commitment to strengthening the communities where Grifols plasma donors live and donate.
